You look great for 8 weeks out. Are you rt. or left handed? Your rt arm looks bigger , but your left seems to have a hellashish peak and leanness aspect to it. Or is it just the specific pose you are holding?
Chest looks very full/not flat, at all, like some when dieting. Abs are there, and quads are huge and shapley. Overall, very impressive. Try to dial in early so you can keep that full muscle belly look.

I have the exact same situation - 1/2" larger left arm, very distinct peak compared to the right, for a right-hander.

Thank you. Dieting sucks especially with the cravings but I'm still at this point consuming 250g of carbs per day. I don't see myself going lower than that. I kept it at that for my last show so we'll see what happens.

I'd like to come in a bit tighter. I was holding just a bit of water last show. Also, I'm doing 2 shows 1 week after another so I need to learn how to manipulate water for the first show and then deplete and carb load for the second which is the one I want to take first in.
