I'm doing a show on October 11th and then the following week on the 19th. How do I maintain after already depleting and carb loading for the first show? I haven't done 2 shows in a row so I definitely need to know how to do this.

With the two shows being so close together, for the first one, do not deplete or load, or change salt levels. I would keep everything as if you are not doing the first show, peak for the second and for the first only manipulate water. With such a short time, you won't be able to recover from a rebound in time for the second, you need more like 4 weeks between shows for that.

I don't think you want idea's from bro.. I'll have you in a sauna with a plastic suit doing sit ups until your about ready to pass out.. MMA STYLE BABY!
..although, if done safely, I've never been more cut or thin skined after that and few weeks of Albuterol.

Ok here is what I'm thinking.
I'm going to lay this out for a Saturday morning peak - adjust as necessary. Show #1 - only salt load, water depletion no carb up. 72 hours isn't enough to start storing fat but 7 days certainly is. 3-5g of salt with meals starting sunday and up until tuesday. 8L of water sunday - tues. Wed, eliminate as much salt as possible, including switching to distilled water. As for food keep your diet the exact same as it has been leading up to the show. If you eat based on the day of the week then stay, if you eat based on your training schedule then eat your non-training diet. Only adjust foods for salt - it should mostly be in seasonsings and spices but if you have some high salt food, switch for something with similar macros but less salt content. As much water as possible before noon on friday and then 2-3 oz with meals, again eliminating as much salt as possible. Day of the competiton, eat your normal diet, keeping salt low and cruise through your show. Second show. This time we will have a carb load but I'm not sure if we can do the same thing with salt. Some people are very sensitive and it is possible that starting a load straight after a depletion could cause one hell of a rebound, but everone is different. What I want you to do is spend a week taking moring and evening weights - lets figure out how much water your dropping over night. Then the next week, 3-4 days add 3-5 g of salt with every meal and see what the change is. If there is a significant change in weight, 4-6 lbs and your evening and morning weights are closer then your too salt sensitive and I wouldn't risk a load. If not you should be fine. If you are going to do the salt protocol for show#2, then do it the same way as show 1. The only thing for show 2 is add in carbs Wed - Fri, once you have stopped high salt (12 hours ago), and have switched to distilled water.
