This is what i did in 12 weeks of dieting

i know i have lost a lot of muscle.. But being a natural bodybuilder i tried my best to keep the muscle on

great job

any idea what the starting bf% to end bf% was? Doing it natural is hard..so you do need to allow more time to drop the bf so you don't have to lose the hard earned muscle. I am learning that the hard way next year I am going to try to stay 20% or under..so I only have 12% max to lose (female figure so 8% is low enough for me )AND I am going to see where it is at 20 weeks out so if it's above that I can slowly bring it down.

but great job..what's next on the agenda?

i was around 20% bf with 219 lbs weight before

and on the day of contest - i was 180 lbs with 5 % bf

And i won the show and hence the medal around my neck

Now after a week am at 188 lbs with 7% bf LOL

this was a district contest.. NExt would be state level contest... This is not a drug tested contest list... but still i want to do it all natural...

..so it's an "all natural" competition but no testing, at all???? So you could be going up against someone using "something"??

15% in 12 weeks that's a LOT to lose in 12 weeks..wow. That is why you have to allow more time..you can't lose that much that quick without losing some muscle...next time allow more time or stay closer to 15% if you can..at most.

Taking out first comp something to remember for sure
