Well it's time, 16 weeks out from today. Not much to say at this point, off to get the first of many, many, many cardio sessions done. The show is on November 15th, and it will be my 3rd time. As for weight class, not sure which. I think I could do some real damage in the LHW (198.5), but it may be tought to get there. Just hoping to come in peeled and dry. I'm still working with my trainer, Carter Schoffer and I'm excited to see what the finish product will look like.

upload them to photobucket and you can resize them there. You have some nice size and 16 weeks is plenty of time to shred yourself.
I swear so many men neglect there legs, not on this board, but I swear all these guys at my gym only train upper body and have these skinny ass legs. I put them to shame, lmao are you gonna post your diet, etc? Where is your show too? right before you can chow down for the holidays! Good luck |

Thanks everone for all the support - it really does mean alot and can help keep focus towards the end.
For those who asked about diet, here is a sample meal for my intake for Training Days 1&3 (lower body days). It will change for Days 2&4 and non training days but I'll post that up later. As prepared by Carter Schoffer: Lunch Meal (Big Salad) 200g turkey breast 4 cups of spinach 2 tbsp (20g) pumpkin seeds (kernals) 15 walnuts Handful of baby carrots Handful of cherry tomatoes 1 apple 1 tbsp olive oil (Note: I have flexibility with respect to the veggies, fruit and lean meat at this point) I'll post my lift stats as I progress through the first week. Exercises for Day 1 (1) Snatch-grip Romanian Dead Lift 90s 315/8 x6 (2) BB Bulgarian split squat 60s 135/4 x6 (3a) Seated good morning 10s 135/15 x2 (3b) Hip bridge into curl 60s 8, 7 (4) Cable pull-through 60s 100/9 130/9x2 Last edited by PeteM; 07-29-2008 at 11:58 PM. |
