OK, so no sodium with my morning meal. Is it 20 minutes before going on stage or 20 minutes before pumping up should I get the soda in? What about the other stuff like the snickers and honey? Should I avoid these if i use a soda or use them all together?

Don't know if your still around or not. Sounds like your stressing a little bit - try your best to relax - based on the pics you should do well.
Salt about 20-30 min before going on stage, it won't really help with pumping up, it will just help to bring out your veins. Use the pop only if you go to pump up and you can't seem to get a pump. Drop to the floor, do as many push-ups as you can, hit complete failure, when you come up your chest, shoulders and arms should fell full of blood, if not and you have cotton mouth, 2-3 oz of pop, try again in 20 min, and if not, then take another bit. |

Updates anyone? OMG the day is almost over, I am sure of it.. for him too!
Sorry to hear about your life changes that have been stressful. I too went thru the same deal, but I decided to compete shortly thereafter and the entire journey has taught me so much about life and commitment. I have also learned alot about acceptance in the past year; I am grateful to all that I have experience in the past year. Treat yourself to something that you have been craving, You have truly earned it and then get back on track and decide what you are going to do with your future. Hope all turns out well for you.... can't wait to see the pics. ![]() |

Allright guys and gals. I am just getting out of the shower and I'm going to bed. The show went until 9:30 p.m. I went out to eat and got home around 12:00 a.m. I will post pics tomorow so good night and sweet dreams.
OH!! By the way, I came in at 172.5 lbs which put me in the middleweight class and I came in 3rd place. Peace!

I took pics with Jay Cutler, Victor Martinez, Evan(I can't remember his last name) as well as Mr. Katz. This show was great! The people I met and networked with were cool. I'm still downloading my pics and cropping them. I'll be downloading my posing routine too.
