Someone posted this on a different board -- pretty good, just wish they had someone w/ just posing trunks and lean enough to show the pose and what it is activating....

Take some of the actual demonstrations w/ a grain of salt- for the video on the link, the dude in the wifebeater should be leaner & the dude in the baggy clothes should be in a speedo and showing wtf he's talking about.
