Default BIG EATS

I found this online this morning. Ughhh.. my glutamine powder stinks. Its nasty and grrrr I hate drinking it so I figured I would search on additional sources of glutamine.

I found this article - pretty neat and chocolate is good for boosting that blood for muscle growth

anyhow thought I would share. No chocolate for me now, but maybe later:

I use Beverly Internation glutamine, doesn't taste that bad. Good read on the article, thanks for posting. Never thought of chocolate that way before!

That is a wonderful article, thanks for posting!

As for me, I take my L-Glutamine in pill form. It's powdered inside a capsule.

WW, Cellmass...have taken it with pretty good results. Contains some creatine (CEM) and about 2-3 grams of glutamine AKG per serving. Might not be enuf for some. I do supplement extra Glutaming at AM/PM. But in re: to taste not bad at all. I have berrry blast. Hope that helps

Is creatine okay to take regularly? I've always heard you take it in cycles. If I can take it regularly, I'm going to.
