Default I have begun the Warrior Diet!!

I read the book and it is very interesting so I'm going to give it a shot. It is an all natural, all organic diet. No artificial sweenteners or processed food. Basically you have fresh fruit, veggies, whey, cottage cheese and eggs during the day. All easily digested and antioxidant related. Then in the evening, you eat as much as you want at 1 meal. I will be having either fish or eggs at my evening meal. Also, during the evening meal, you have to eat things in a particular order. First is salad, then protein, then cooked veggies and then carbs if you so desire. Here is what I'm doing today:

6:00 am 1 isopure

12:00pm 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
1 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup of almonds

4:00pm 1 isopure, 2 cups of baby carrotts

7:00pm Today I made Tilapia in a curry tomatoe sauce

2 pounds tilapia
1 large eggplant
3 cans of diced tomatoes
1 cup cashews
1 cup almonds
2 tablespoons of olive oil
all kinds of spices and seasonings
I put it all in a crock pot and am letting it cook all day today
This will be my evening meal for the next 2 or 3 days

I will eat a huge bowl of salad before my meal

Let's see what happens!!

BDR......please let us know how you feel day by day. I dread not being able to go without the complex carbs and have atleast attempted not having late night (6-7pm) carbs. Want to know if the fruits/vegetables are enuf

Not yet, I would guess around 2000 calories. I'll put in fitday and report back to you. I want to get down to 200 or less and this should do it.

As I said on OT : have you read about IF (intermittent fasting)?
You're probably gonna feel a bit dizzy and hungry during the day at first, but it's gonna progressively get better as your body gets used to it (hunger hormone, gastric emptying and so on).
You could read about these things on the bodyrecomposition board.

I second Andrew's suggestion on the bodyrecomp site. That's the best board for all out diet info imo. The science is top notch there, as are the members of course. It really irritates me that my job has that site blocked in their security system...ugh! I usually can't get to it until night time, and by then i'm tired and totally braindead...lol.
