Stuff works wonders, but don't make the same mistake I did. I took two yesterday before AM cardio (empty stomach) had a great cardio session. Took three this morning and it about got the best of me. Good stuff regardless!

like any stimulant, up to a point high doses are good and then they just are not.
taking 2 upon waking and then one prior (if its a bit of time 30-60 minutes).. might be more palatable (if you are looking to edge up the dose). Though more than 2 is mostly going to be about stim and less so about increased metabolic effect (not that stim effect does not help to go harder and longer- which has metabolic effect--) at least directly

I 2nd word of caution on stimulants. I get my fair share of stimulant intake w/ my daily coffee, but if I get over a certain point of consumption, I get anxiety/racing thoughts/panicky.
This happened to me a few years back when I tried TRex b/c I took too many in a given timeframe and got a minor panic attack while I was driving where I was worried I was going to faint b/c of no other reason that I was worried about it, telling myself anything can happen, and being worried that I would worry myself to fainting....I've had that type of hypochondriac worrying as a kid, so I know I'm prone to it, and that its just an anxiety game I play w/ myself. I eventually calmed myself down and came to my senses when I told myself that I've been taking TRex weeks before that incident, and I was fine. I'm still not going to take anymore supplements w/ oral Yohimbine though, b/c as macro pointed out before, some people don't handle oral intake of yohimbine too well.
I am taking yohimburnES @ 2-5 pumps per application, with some days 2 applications (never more than 9 pumps total per 24 hour period), and I am not having any of the above issues. I'm sure I'd have to apply an entire bottle's worth of YES to OD from the Yohimbine anyways ;) ..
