Hey kids.
Saturdays are my cheat days Anyone else in this with me?What good cheat meals have you had lately? Tonight I feasted on... * roll & butter * 8 oz wasabi-encrusted ahi tuna w/ white rice * 2/3 of a large (very large) piece of carrot cake My dad's in town so he took me out Been a crazy-ass day around here... |

I just woke up from a 8 hours of "cheat eating" dreams!
I am so glad it was just a dream At least is out of my system. But was I inventive in my dreams. I was sneaking somehow into Ritz Carlton type of hotels, eating on several occasions the following: a chocolate truffle covered cappuccino ice cream puffs with the richest most delicious gelato inside of those precious puffs, with a sponge cake in the base. Yeah, I can't have cheat meals, it ruins my morale. I just picked up a different cheat meals--natty peanut butter and roasted almonds from Trader Joe's. I have been abusing those a little bit Also, I have been chewing gum Orbit White Peppermint, whenever I am up for a "refreshment."Also, since I am sick, I have been drinking lotsa tea with honey and lemon. So, yeah, I am still going strong since Dec. 8, 2007. No bread, no chocolate, no ice cream, no pizza, no doritos (I love doritos), no cookies, no cakes, no abusing of fruits as before...the list keeps on going on and on... I have decided to add a small portion of sweet potato to all of my meals. I think it may be a good idea to lay off the nutty stuff and up the good carbs a bit. I have my home ade Chex mix every Friday night right now and I am LOVING it (just an assortment of good cereals, pretzels, and my home ade version of honey glazed nuts) but I have REALLLLLY been wanting some ice cream lately!!
