I was watching M3, and the family that cooks for him said he eats 20 pounds of flounder, 20 pounds of beef and 20 pounds of chicken every week. That comes out to around 685 grams of protein/day, just counting those foods. He also doesn't eat carbs at night and goes through about 4 bags of frozen green vegetables every day. Insanity. I wonder how much he pays those folks to prepare his meals. I wish I had that!!!!!!

i saw that video booey.. it sounded a lil exaggerated (a little) but the main thing was i wanted to slap the shit outta that lazy little spoiled fuck.
he sits around and gets waited on hand and foot then goes to the gym and plays his stupid ass guitar and actually thinks his music sounds good. HIS MUSIC SUCKS.

he hurt his back n stopped deadlifting n squatting. his overall thickness and lowerbody/back size suffered greatly if you look for it. pretty much ended his career.

I think with the right genes you can get away with leg presses and lunges for legs instead of squats. But for me.....not the case. I can squat and leg press all day, and i my legs DONT GROW. I dont get it, i now max out the leg press with 23 plates, and my legs are still tiny. Thats what happens when your 6'3" |
