Just wondering what a "second opinion" would be on the macros for this diet...
It seems like a LOT of food to me and Im having a hard time eating it all to be honest. 1- 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg 5oz chicken (all chicken/meat AFTER cooking) 1 cup oatmeal (all oats BEFORE cooking) 2- 46g protein 1/2 cup oats (shake w/water) 3-8oz chix or fish 1cup brown rice (after cooking) 4- same as 2 5- same as 3 6- 46 gram protein (shake w/water) Also adding 4 tbsp EVOO throughout the day I have the macros and total cals, but I think they are WAY low... |

It doesnt seem to be that easy... the packaging for the chicken is useless as 12 "5 oz" portions cooked up to about 24oz max...
also, basically I just want to confirm, with someone else, that the macros are WAY over what they are supposed to be (and i agree on meal #1, especially) |

I assume your after a super-low bf%? Do you drink a casein based protein for yr last (bedtime i assume) shake since yr not drinking it with milk?

If i swapped out my Protein for a normal whey 130 cals per scoop then it would look more like this
Total: 3124 Fat: 97 871 29% Sat: 19 171 6% Poly: 12 108 4% Mono: 44 396 13% Carbs: 267 965 32% Fiber: 26 0 0% Protein: 298 1192 39% Alcohol: 0 0 0%

my macros for that are cals 600 fat4 carbs 128 protein 12
