Default Someone wanna help me figure the macros

Just wondering what a "second opinion" would be on the macros for this diet...

It seems like a LOT of food to me and Im having a hard time eating it all to be honest.

1- 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg
5oz chicken (all chicken/meat AFTER cooking)
1 cup oatmeal (all oats BEFORE cooking)

2- 46g protein
1/2 cup oats
(shake w/water)

3-8oz chix or fish
1cup brown rice (after cooking)

4- same as 2

5- same as 3

6- 46 gram protein (shake w/water)

Also adding 4 tbsp EVOO throughout the day

I have the macros and total cals, but I think they are WAY low...

what are your goals? you want us to figure out the macros? just look at the box and add up the protein then carbs then fats and then turn them into percents of 100 and those are the macros yr working with.
on a side note, looking at the rest of your meal layouts, i think meal 1 is overkill for protein.

It doesnt seem to be that easy... the packaging for the chicken is useless as 12 "5 oz" portions cooked up to about 24oz max...

also, basically I just want to confirm, with someone else, that the macros are WAY over what they are supposed to be

(and i agree on meal #1, especially)

with my figures used my oats (slow cooked Quaker), protein power (I use zero carb VPX), and chicken

I input everything custom.

I know but you are measuring your rice 'cooked' or dry?
the package usually states DRY. so 1 cup cooked is approx 1/2 cup dry with brown rice.
