Default How do you cook your turkey?

Just curious to see what others do with their ground turkey?

I usually make spinach turkey burgers, but bleh they take forever to cook.

Any good thoughts?

Take the package... cut in into 4 squares.... dump on the foreman.... take off when done and eat.....

To me TB's are fuel. I save the foo-foo cooking for the fish and sometimes chicken. I am sure yours are good though.

sometimes i brown the turkey, drain fat, add in spaghetti sauce (somewhere around 1 bottle of spaghetti sauce to 24oz of turkey), and throw in a couple of tablespoon heapings of ricotta cheese.

it's sort of like lasagna filling.

You could make a turkey chili... I usually use turkey breasts, cut them in strips sauteed w/ a little EVOO, garlic, & Mrs. Dash...

scrap the ground turkey every now and then and buy a turkey breast with rib meat. season it up and grill it until the meat registers about 160 degree on the meat thermometer. take it off the grill let it cool and cut it up. you should eat about a week on it and you can do many different things with it.

Take 3lbs of lean turkey and add the following:

Coleander, mint, chili powder, basil, rosemary, wasabi powder, ginger powder, garlic, mrs dash table blend, black pepper, and 4tblsp extra virgin olive oil. Makes 4 BIG patties, take aluminum foil and place in on the grill, spray some Pam high heat on that and cook them at 350 degrees.

I usually now with my turkey will put some salsa, or spaghetti sauce on them, and sometimes I'll even throw some eggs too.

That's just what I've come up with so far....
