Default Kosovo Declares Independence

Kosovo, a moderate islamic province of Serbia declared independence today. How many will blame Bush for this?

The Serbians have fewer weapons to fight them. In fact, I have one myself, a Yugo M70AB that they no longer have available to kill civilians.

The model below is mine, minus the scope. Get'em while you can, before the dems take over.

I don't know the whole story, but it seems to make sense to me. 90% are Albanians, and their new flag has 6 stars, for six distinct ethnicities in the region.

Spent plenty of time on Kosovo and Bosnia in the late 90's.........very brutal genocidal wars, I hope that the region stays politically stable.
I myself will not be going back.

There's a coupla guys at work, from both sides of the conflict. Apparently they get drunk together a coupla times a year & cry a lot.

I hold out little hope for our species, in the short term. I think the Vulcan experience will be the only thing that will save us.

The closest I got to Kosovo was the South of France. For some reason, air refuelers aren't parked at the frontlines.

I spent a year there. Got there august 99 just after the war ended. I was assigned to the Serbian town of Mitrovica. Job was to work with French KFOR troops and establish civilian law enforvement. Talk about a cluster-fuck! I lived on the north side of the Ibar river with the Serbs. Most Serbs loved America before we stepped in and started bombing. Won't go into the politics involved in who was right or wrong but will say initially I was lead to feel sorry for the Albanians. All pre-deployment training was "poor Albanians, bad Serbs". Did not take long to see that maybe the Sebs were right? Serbs hated Americans in Mitrovica because of our stepping in but loved the American lifestyle. I lived in a Serb flat and made some friends, even some Serb Secret Police. Drank, ate, danced and talked alot about the politics. Also worked with and had many Albanian friends. Had many a Turkish coffee and Rakia sittings with both sides and saw many killed on both sides. Albanians seemed more primative, less educated and more lawless. Much more crime on the Albanian side of the river. Rape was common as was theft. Not so much on the Serb side. Religion was a big factor, Serb Orthodox Christian vs Albanian Muslim. So now its what, 8 yrs later, we still have troops and problems there. To me, my personal opinion, Kosovo declaring independence is wrong. Albanians have forced out many, many serbian familys from Kosovo. It is their home. On a positive note, could walk in any pharmacy and buy AAS over the counter. Even had one lady ordering special for me from Greece. Problem was there were not any modern gyms to train, mostly homemade junk but it was better than nothing.

I kind of liked it better when it was all Yugoslavia, great food and wine

Would love to have an AK-47 or An AR-15

Why can’t the European muslims just live in Saudi Arabia or Africa?

its BS. its against international law and against the framework setup by the UN

The Kosovo Albanians are liars and thieves and we Westerners fell for it. Its been documented that some of the mass graves attributed to Serb forces were faked by the Kosovo Albanians, using people who died fighting the Serbs, whose bodies were moved to the fake mass grave.

thing is most of them have snuck in over the years and have been reproducing at a large rate. less then 100 years ago, Albanians made up less then 4% of the population

its akin to mexicans sneaking into a US state, reproducing, and once they get a big enough population, declaring independence.

Drew I was going to use the mexican analogy just like you did but feared it might offend too many folks. Its so true the Albanians multiplied like rabbits and are primative lawless creatures compared to the Serbs. They basically took over and forced the Serbs out of their own land. The bigger cities like Pristina attempt to act civilized but still fall short. I was involved with some mass grave work and it was pretty disgusting to say the least. Good old USA fell for it.

Yeah it was great. Organon yellow tops and ICN Galinikas, prop, cheap cheap cheap! Got some Andriol before I knew it was garbage but oh well it was cheap. Valium for sleep, viagra for back home and some other stuff. It was harder to find safe meat to eat than AAS.

Hmmm. I've read more since I made that post. I agree, the west got snookered.

Kosovo,

You know I miss Yugoslavia,

For some reason I have never like the ak-47, the stalks are ALWAYS WOOD, not that I dislike wood, but it seems the most popular gun in the world should have a little variety.

You know if I manufactured ak-47’s I would make one with a ceramic stock in Guacamole color, for our South Siders here in LA

Or. Maybe a lowrider AK-47, that would sell well too, except I think those kids steal there guns.

You are right it does sound different that an M-16, or what ever they are called now days.

It is a different caliber yes, or are they the same?
