I just got back from the store earlier and bought 3 pounds of turkey, 5 pounds of chicken, and 3 pounds off sirloin. That should last me through the week. Also bought some whole wheat organic pasta and I'm going to spice that up and put some no-sodium/low carb tomato sauce in the mix for flavor and all my other spices I have. I bought a couple heads of brocolli but I eat mine raw. Think I'll start up some couscous again too.

Should be an hour and a half of cooking.

FUN.

I bought 16 pounds of chicken. It was on sale and I know I will eat it in a few, lol. I love sirloin - but I stick to chick, tuna and turkey. Time to shower, I stink like a bird

Good gosh, that's a lot of chicken to buy at once. Do you freeze it? I only eat about 1.5lbs of meat per day, so I don't need much for the week. Still, that's enough for me. 4500 cals max and I'm already over 200 right now.

Working on those pics.....gotta cook first. Keep your panties on.

Its not the same here in the Bay Area as it was at my townhouse on the water in S. Florida, but there's nothing like doing a mass grilling of protein.... I'll usually do several lbs of chicken & sweet potatos for the first 1/2 of the week and then bring home some great steak or orange roughy to enjoy fresh off the grill that night -- like while the sun is settign down the canal, its 75 degrees outside and the night air smells like hot protein!
