Default fat lost

This was originally posted on another board but I was directed to post on this one for responses......I was told that T cake can typs 200 + words per minute.

Im 5'9'', 215 and and BF is probably 18+ . If I begin a cardio program how can I lose the bodyfat without losing MUCH weight. I know that you more than likely lose weight with BF but how can I maximize the fat loss without actually going down too much in body poundage. Diets, workout tips, and or supps appreciated. Currently on GLUC, Sesapure.

ive been eating 55% fat 40% protein adn 5% carbs 6 days a week....fat is falling off and muscle mass is awesome
