Okay no flaming me on this one guys... how in the
world do you inject yourself in the glute?
The trouble I am having is holding the pin still and pushing down on the plunger. I am injecting Deca as well as AraTest with a 23 gauge needle. Can the inject be made by entering from the side of the glute?
I only need to know about injecting juice. If you are injecting anything else I don't need to know and the rest of this board does not need to know about it.
Thanks.

Use a mirror if you have to, and sit on a low table (like a coffee table), so that only the area you want to hit is exposed. Go to the upper-outer quadrant of the cheek, and, using the mirror to guide you, go straight in from behind, not in from the side. You probably won't feel a thing, though the pin might look like a harpoon. Pull out briefly to make sure you haven't hit a vein or artery, then push in until the barrel's dry. You're done.
Make dead sure you use impeccably sterile technique throughout. Be completely paranoid about that, and you'll be okay.

He sounds like he has it down pat---fortunately I have always had someone to inject me----that, however, sounds like the perfect technique for self injections---

Hey, bro...I understand your dilemna...I myself am INCREDIBLY unflexible, and had a hard time hittin' my glutes, so I resorted to just quads and delts...much easier to see, and you can use BOTH hands...just my 2 cents, read 2Thick's site a few times, too, it helps.

Was up at 6 am to go do 20 thousand sets of shrugs before teaching all day, and you made me LOL, Ulter.
