OK, I have never given this out but you will find it one of the best things you have ever eatten. I promise your palete will be exploding with flavors and it is SUPER HEALTHY!
First, fresh Mahi Mahi half, around a 2.5lb fillet, cut skin off
1 large ripe avocado, diced "no to small, but not to big, like what you would put in a salad"
1 large mango cut same as avocado
1 medium red onion, chopped finley "not menced, like salsa size small"
6 tbsp fresh sqeezed lime juice
2 reaspoons grated lime, or just scrub the crap outta 1-2 lime peels
Jamaican Jerk Season "I Like A1 Steakhouse Jamaican Jerk Seasoning"
marignade fish for 4hrs in Jerk sauce.
combine top 6 ingredents "everything except Jerk sauce which is for marignade fish purposes only" and put them in a container, cover, shake, put in fridge for ay least 1hr, this is homemade salsa, you can add fresh RED jalopenos but this fish is not as good with heat "substautefish for red snapper if you want japs in it", better with spice "Jerk seasoning"
turn grill on, 450 degrees, 4minutes each side take off grill
cover in that fresh homemade salsa :)
I like to grill zucchni or squash with this covreed in minced garlic and olive oil.
next, I will tell about my eggplant lasagna, creamy beef, all kinds of stuff I have created, if you look you find recipes simliar but never published like mine, this is out of my creations and not some copy paste BS. Telling you I have attended Culnary Arts in Fort Worth means nothing, taste does! enjoy!
