I posted an anwser to somebodys question about wheat allergies here a few months ago and wanted to update but since the board crashed I can't access that thread, anyways.
I recently discovered that I am not allergic to sprouted wheat bread. The sprouting uses up most of the gluten within the wheat kernal thus yielding wheat the dosen't give me a rash. Plus its MUCH cheaper then spelt/kamut/brown rice bread.
ps. If you find sprouted wheat bread make sure you still read the ingredients since sometimes compaines try to sneak cheaper ingredients to cut cost yet still label something like bread as sprouted or spelt etc.
