so i went to the rec today to lift some. ran into a few naked men and old balls but thats keepin it real. Made my way into the gym with my orange and black efs hoody and my cut off sweat pants.
DB bench worked up to 90x5 did some rest pause along the way.

I do tates all the time cuz im trying to get that big bench. NO worries come summer I will set pr's in the big three. My god I wish I could train in a gym equipped for powerlifters.

I was served a regular omelet this morning when I asked for egg whites thus my stomach began to hubbub. I had to do like pregnant breathing so I wouldn't puke. I hate that stuff it made me train on like a liquid breakfast.

He's the kid trainin for strongman, down the hall in training logs, that told me about the gym and invited me up there.
So this is set in stone now. We are going to baystate gym this saturday. We can meet up at my crib, i wana go early. Get there by 12pm at the latest so show up here at 10am.
After we can come back here n cook some dead animals and eat them and endulge in some mead while we discuss our conquests.

In the locker room before todays training I saw a man's penis; thus I had a bad workout.
deadlift worked to 405x1 (honk). then 315x10
I did a set of front squats with 135 just to try it out.
I tried to box squat 225 on a lowish box and I couldnt even budge, my hamstrings were quite fatigued. I had trouble remaining conscious during this training session. I almost passed out spotting Iliekfude during his front squats.
I proceeded to do shrugs with the farmers walk handles 50lb+bar weightx12x10x8.
I did two sets of kettle bell oblique work 50x15x15.
thats it, I had a bad day.

My triceps fatigue way too easily I had trouble locking out the fuckin 60lb db's after I flat benched. I decided to do some high rep shit the following day to facilitate recovery/lactic acid training for my triceps.

make sure you progress on the shrugs, get straps if ya have to. do em strict too man, its easy to cheat im guilty of it alot. but puttin weight on shrugs will yoke you the fuck up kid.
I dont feel shrugs for some reason, I just do them because I know they work. I do everything strict cuz I am a robot. 185x1 was hard I didn't think it was that good.

I do db shrugs as well sometimes. I always try to shrug the weight up to my ears I just don't feel it much. They still grow so I guess thats all that matters.
yesterday evening i participated in an obstacle course in which I fucked up my shoulder on the first obstacle hahahaha. Anyways I had it checked out and I guess tendons in my delt shifted over my bone of something. The good news is it should be ok in a few days. I trained anyways.

take it slow just in case. a week or two of lighter work is better than months of rehab.
remember when i had that on my wrist? the tendon would rub and thwap over the inside bone of the wrist and get all inflamed for a while there.
rest, ibprofen before training for the inflamation, ice and consistency with it fixed it.
nice side laterals btw dude, yr just about where i am with em.
my shoulder feels 10x better today than yesterday. Still icing and ibuprofening it haha. Should be ready to go by at most fri. yay!

I try to touch my shoulders to my ears which helps me through the lift. It just doesn't get that full pumped feeling.
Friday I trained with some kid some kid im going to call mr.high intensity volume. With that said I should get to the substance of this matter
Flat Bench 135x10 185x10 195x5 210x3 225x1
Decline Bench 135x10 185x10 185x8
Deadlifts 315x3 365x2 405x1 315x8
Abs x15x15x12x6
This workout further leads me to believe my triceps fatigue too quickly. I took a little break in between the 210 and 225 and 225 went up like nothing. Decline bench was that kids idea, so was this whole workout pretty much. Deadlifts I think I'm right where I was just a little worked by the time I got to them. Many problems will be solved when my triceps don't fatigue so quickly, i'm sure of it.

if you really think thats yr prob (i doubt it) then bb train for a while and throw gpp in on yr off days.
It has to be none of my other muscles seem to fatigue as quickly as my triceps, locking out reps is a bitch. Locking out heavy weight for 1 or 2 isn't a problem.
today I felt good. I am ready for summer and the strength I will gain during it.

Im ok to work i spose, knee doesnt hurt all the time like it used to but if i bend it, i cant straighten it easilly or without a ton of pain. It fuckin sucks but that part is not gettin better so whatever.
Its like theres mad resistance, pain and moving around of the kneecap with clicking when i try to straighten it. It really blows.
Yes of course I just can't remember exactly what I did. There are two workouts not posted between the last two.
I did low rack pulls last and got around 425x5.
