Howdy. Just picked up some glucorell and sesapure, already using ephedrine and caffeine. I wanna burn fat and maintain as much muscle as possible.
I lift weights M-W-F, basic stuff (5x5 style routine, though not exactly), and do cardio first thing in the morning prior to eating 6 days per week for 30-60 minutes. My primary questions are 1) Glucorell and sesamax both increase insulin sensitivity. I know people want the insulin boost immediately postworkout so they don't use glucorell, what I want to know is "why not?" 2) Should I be ingesting "maintenance calories" or "hypocaloric"? I ask because glucorell is reported to push carbs into the muscles rather than fat stores, and sesamax is supposed to assist in converting fatty acids - to - energy. So will both be beneficial in a hypocaloric state, or are they primarily beneficial in a state of maintenance calories, allowing me to burn bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time? thanks a bunch. |

I usually take 1 Glucorell before each meal with 200-500mg of Vitamin C.
Sesamax I use 3-5 Spread out through out the day with meals. ( I was up to 8). If you looking to lose weight than don't carb up. I am carb sensitive so r-ala helps my body from spilling over. I think the biggest benefit to using these product is quality of life when dieting. YOu tend to be able to eat more carbs and more calories plus your body is more forgiving. ANd the anti oxidant benefit cannot be stressed enough. THis stuff kepps you healthy and feeling energized even when your below maintainence level |

Reading about the new advertised SesaPure/Glucorell combo, it says you can take up to 10 SesaPure/Day for increased cals. If i'm not increasing cal but my priority is getting as lean as possible, will more SesaPure mean more fat reduction.

I'm under the impression that even though you can take 10, most people see significant fat loss (even on high cal diets) with 6 caps a day.
I've only maxed at 6 caps. I found that an increase from 3 caps to 6 while maintaining caloric intake didn't make a difference for me. So, I've dropped back to 3 caps a day and only take 2 caps before my Sunday cheat meal. I can't see the point in taking more if you aren't upping your cals, but that's just me. |
