Thermorexin With CLA?

Hi,

I had posted this question at Elite Fitness but I haven't received a reply and wanted to see if anyone had any idea about this...

I was wondering if it as OK to take Thermorexin with Tonalin CLA 1,000 mgs. I just wanted to make sure that they didn't clash somehow. I have been taking Thermorexin for one week and have actually gained 2 lbs. I've been working out 5x a week and eating sensibly but my water intake isn't as high as suggested in the bottle. I take 2 Trex with a banana if I do morning cardio otherwise I take it with my meals. Would taking Trex with a meal perhaps reduce its effectiveness??

Any help on my questions would be much appreciated.

Great thanks! I guess I should drink lots of water to maximize results, thats probably where I am lacking
