Default Thermorexin and me.

Hey guys, just started taking trex, couple questions im curious about... thanks.

im not sure what the effects should be. I took one in the middle of the day, and i seem to get a little hotter... is that what it should do?

does it raise my heartrate? if so, would doing high intensity cardio overtax my body..?

what intervals should i take trex at? also i wanna take one before my workouts , should I just pop a pill 30 min before I hit the gym?

I seem to sweat more when I am on trex, but I think i read somewhere sweating has to do with genetics and not a true indicator of fat loss.. can any tell me the correlation?

thanks guys.. .sorry for all the questions .. can't wait to see the results.

I love Thermorexin. I usually take mine with meals, as it is easy to get an upset stomach and feel like puking. If you're taking them before workouts, you should eat something light along with it.

Here is an example of one member who tried T-rex and loved it. I wonder where she went to, she was funny as all hell. Wrote the most entertaining posts I have read in a while (don't worry Monster, you're still my #1).

1. yes
2. it can, but no more than caffeine would
3. 1 an hr before and 1 just before is a good pattern
4. sweating is individual and varies considerably due to skin type, hydration, electrolyte balance, and a host of other factors. it can be an indicator, though some people just dont sweat much regardless of increase in metabolism

Awwww...it's so nice to know that I'm thought of! (Yes animal...I did get your email!)

I have been super busy around here and have barely had a chance to touch my computer!

I had back surgery for my pinched sciatica...that was a nice success.... slowly getting to a 100% recovery (HEY...maybe now I can use that damn gazelle that is sitting in the corner of my den!)

Been meeting with lawyers to reverse the 50/50 shared custody that my ex and I have with our son...I have MANY changes circustances and he has MANY violations...stupid jerk! I will save you the earfull on that issue! Except that my baby wants his Mommy back full time!

I stopped taking the t-rex for now...because I have been so busy, I haven't been able to give it a full committment and it just wasnt doing anthing for me that way.....except making me sweat and talk alot (TALK MORE!)

I did take this cheapy stuff for a month (tslim 200 with hoodia)...I don't know though if it was because of the back surgery and getting more active or if it's because it worked...but I lost 12lbs in three weeks and it hasn't come off. Even down a whole size! (I LOVE THAT BANANA!)

Once things settle down here a bit...and I CAN'T wait for that...I will give the trex another go.

Thanks for missing me.....glad to know someone does!!!!!
