Default just bought 4 tubs of iso

going to use it at 100 grams a day. I will keep a log to tell if high end protein makes a big difference.

It made a tremendous difference for me.
I was not a big fan of the the whole idea of selling a protein with all the people flooding the market already, but this stuff is so much better than anything I have used in 20 years that I am glad the genius of AVOPharm didn't listen to my opinion. Sometimes when he's right, he's right in a big way.
Please come back and post your results.

Three days in and this stuff rocks. Protein that can change your body overnight, I thought that was a myth. I look leaner and harder just three days in at 150 grams a day.

One problem it goes fast

First tub is almost gone, can we work on larger sizes?

Ulter,
I usually don't eat breakfast until about 4 hours after I wake up (4 AM wakeup and 8 AM breakfast). I run and do Army exercises before eating breakfast. Usually I will have 1.5 hoours before I do any exercise in the AM (about 5:30). Do you think it would be smart to add ISO protein in the mornings before I do cardio, since I don't care if I lose fat from the cardio I'm required to do? Or do you think it'll mess up my stomach before morning running? I have tried to eat eggs upon rising but it is a pain in the ass and makes my stomach upset.

I think I just want to know if it's an optimal time to take the ISO. I think it is.

(I really think i'm just trying to find an excuse to buy it!)

Unless you're trying to grow there is no reason to use it before your morning routine. It should not upset your stomach, but you won't know that until you try it.

Thanks for posting you results.
We may have larger sizes in the next couple months.

My only concern with this protein is the high amount of iron in it. 6 mg per 25g of protein is quite a bit. So if you take 150 grams of it you get 32 mg of Fe, which from what I have read is way too much, especially with all the other supplement we bodybuilders take. Is there any chance the iron could get removed or significantly reduced?
