From time to time my Gastritis acts up and is no fun :tear: :frantic:. Besided mint tea, does anyone els have home remedy to help out :praying:. If so, pls let me know.

Have you determined what is the primary cause of your particular gastritis?
Is it the result of reflux or is it a H. pylori infection or other cause?

Poor thing, that has got to be really frustrating. I'm sure you hear the same thing over and over from the Doctor. Monitor what you eat, nothing spicy, no dairy.....bland food, makes for so much fun when it comes to a nice meal.
