Y hcl ingestion method

I suppose I will add 2g of the powder i ordered into my yohimburn. the extra will be taken orally as needed.

I have read of nasal insufflation being a route of ingestion. I can see this being frowned upon, and probably not a good long term thing to do, but would it be more effective or work faster this way?

Just put it in your mouth. Snorting it is more efficient but may also cause you to take too much and feel ill for several minutes.

I ended up adding an additional 1gram of Yo hcl to my yohimburn. have been using it in the morning on my whole spare tire area, lower chest, and cheeks (face). taking about 15mg oral yo hcl twice per day, at the same time i take 2 TREX (4 per day total)

I have a pretty high caffeine tolerance, and am not taking any additional stims at all right now, my teeth chattered the majority of the day yesterday and are this morning too. NO headaches or any bad feelings from all the Yo hcl though.

other supps i am taking are piracetam, choline, and r-ala/biotin.

i cut out the exta oral Yohimbine this afternoon and no more teeth chattering.
