knot nehind nipple from cyp?

Guys,
I'm.new to this site and forum so apologize for repeating past topics but I couldn't find anything specific to test cyp and gyno.
I began taking test cyp 4 weeks ago. Today was my 5 th shot. I take 1ml each week self injection. Started shots because test levels dropped to 250. I am 45, good shape,etc.
Last eek my right nipple started getting sore. I thought it was from workout as I had pushed through a hard chest workout last week. Went to Dr. Yesterday for heck up. Discussed with doc, he felt it and said could be gyno. He took more blood but reported today that estrogen levels are normal. Knot is still there and tender. He was going to give script for estrogen blocked but since levels are normal I got no script..
is there a good over the counter estrogen blocked I can / should by from my local supplement store? Don't want to.screw up my test levels. They are at 458 after 4 weeks and I feel freaking great and things in bedroom with wife a super. Dont want to.screw this up but damn my nip hurts.. appreciate any tips.

I'd suggest ordering Aromasin (Exemestane), which is called an Aromatase Inhibitor, and take 25mg/d until the pain subsides, then you may be able to drop the dose down to half that, or take the 25mg every other day. As we age, we have more aromatase levels which can lead to gyno problems, and by adding in test, it can exacerbate it from the estrogen conversion. Also, staying lean and avoiding high bodyfat levels can also help by reducing aromatase as well. Aromasin also does not effect your lipid (HDL) values like some other Aromatase Inhibitor can do.

@ headshaver..MR. BMJ has great advice. I can tell you from personable experience you want to address it immediately. D not wait or think its no big deal. There are a million thoughts on how to address possible GYNO such as rubbing test gel around the area and taking an anti-estrogen, taking Winny can also help added to your cycle. I can also safely tell you that seeing you are having symptoms you want to take precations on all cycles from now on. Anti's are just something you should have on hand. I have been out of the loop for years but was a major juice head 4-5 years back. I cant touch any AAS now without adding in some anti.

After reading this again here is something odd...the lump and sourness is your breast gland. What I don't get is how your estrogen levels are normal yet its swollen. Also you have only been on the cyp for 4 weeks and they are soar? What Mgs are you taking per week? If you are that sensitive that fast I really want to stress to you how important and anti is. Not just a blocker though as you mentioned you want something that stops the conversion as well.

I am really stumped though on soreness after 4 weeks and no elevated estrogen. I would have your doc run test again ask what your progesterone and prolactin levels are. Also have him test for hypothyroid...that can also cause breast soreness.
