how do i raise my hdl-im taking welcholl but i only went from
22-26-so hdl only improved 6 points
my ldl-went from 166 too-59
my total cholesteral went from 215-99.
so the only thing i need raised is my hdl how do i do that
now for my liver
alk -70 which is normal
ast-went from132-56 so big improvement
alt went from 159-121 improvement but still high
im also taking liv 52- and tylers liver detox
for two months inbetween tests
what else can i do too raise my hdl and lower my alt.
im also taking over 1000mg of gluccoral a day
i know it big improvements but what can i do about this my doc is still concerned
