Glucorell R helps shuttle carbs into your muscle cells instead of into your fat cells by improving glucose sensitivity and uptake. Glucorell R is the multi-faceted anti-oxidant R+ alpha lipoic acid which is the pure and natural version of ALA. i take 3 glucorell caps with my pwo shake,then i eat carbs with my ppwo meal about 30-45 mins later should i take more caps with my meal?
