I am making my comeback after 3 years of not competing, my training partner also just decided to make the same show his first. I am ready to rock this year! Who else?

April possibly...2 in June...1 in September...all are pro qualifiers for the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation...PRO CARD in 2002!!!!!

i will definatley do a show this year. i was leaning towards april/march. but i am out of shape. gopro is gonna be on my ass about this but i want to bulk right now. i need more size. i have lost a lot since coming off my cycle. my diet sucked for a # of weeks but now it is for the most part on a decent track. i am not eatting totally clean i do give into cravings and stuff like this but it is a decent diet. i am trying some pwrlifting for the next 3 weeks and when i finsih up this program. i am going hardcore on a solid clean diet and bulking for 8 weeks then leveling out an dieting for a early summer show i think.

I have a show sometime late May. Stepping up to the open class this year. Hope Im ready!!

I am also making my full swing into the open class this year. Last show in 98 I did both novice and open, never again! This year I am doing only open and hopefully jumping into the heavys also.

Yeah I do, you train there too?

No..I have trained there before. But I am usually at Powerhouse or Golds in Bellmore.

My training partner use to train at Power House and then Belmore Golds but I got him out of there to come train with me. I needed an intense partner and my old partner was becoming a pussy, doesnt even train now. I have always trained at Bevs even when I lived in SI I had a member ship there. I am good friends with Steve and I work shows for him so there really isnt any other place I could train, lol. Let me know if you are coming in again, we could hit legs up or something.

I love it AJ, We do get alot of pros there when the NOC is around or any are in NY. Plus we have any machine you can think of and mostly anything that comes out new they get. Also we have some pros on the norm like Orville Burke and Kevin English, Johnny Moya, top national guys like Troy Moore and soon to be me, lol I hope. We also have some pro athletes and wrestlers in there too.

Hey Gullie...thanks for the invite. Maybe one day we can train together. Its funny because you and I are of very similar heights and weights. I used to be friendly with Troy Moore. We used to train at Maximum H&F(now Powerhouse) when the Terwilliger's owned it.Yes, Bev's is an awesome gym!

Next November...gonna try to be at 260's on stage this year...wheew lots of eating ahead. Good luck to all you guys this year!!! I was very happy with all me improvments this year and when it is all said and done bodybuilding is really a self-competiton, how much YOU can do.

Miss Abs started her diet at the beginning of November...she has already dropped about 12 lbs and is getting harder each day!

I had a change of plans.. I was going to do the same show you're doing, April 27th (would have been MW though) but plan on putting on 9-10 lbs more so when I go to Nationals I'll be a ton better. Sucks bc I really wanted to compete but I want to be satisfied w/ my size for this year and I'll need until Nationals to do that.
