Being that this is offseason for many of us, I was wondering if any of you have broken any personal "lifting records" this year? One of my goals this winter was to improve my bent row. I was shooting for 6 strict reps with 275...the other day I got 285 for six! How about you guys?

That great! I got 365 for 8 the other day on bentovers, suprized the hell out of me. My best this year was 405 on the incline for a single. I was looking to hit 6 plates on the squat but it hasnt happened yet.

..actually I did!
I got 90s on Flat Bench dumbells for 2!
I think I scared myself!
IG put 205 on the bench,(against my better judgement) but I didn't get it. That would have been f'n scary! I did get 195 though, for 1.
My squat is about the same as it was, but with my max weights now I get the depth I want(ass hits the back of my feet)---I was always able to get that with weights up to 195, but anything heavier my depth would suffer. Now, if I try to squat with any less depth, I find it hard to stop shy of that type of depth!
Last season before I dieted down for my show, I was 145-150 and was db pressing (flat bench) 90s for sets of 10-12. After I dieted for my show, I dropped a good 20 lbs w/ db's but that was expected because i was very very depleted.
Was doing dips w/ weights (belt hanging from my waist w/ weight hanging) with 2-45s and a 25... So 115 hanging for a set of 10.
lol, I'm just starting to work my way back up now, but cant wait to get a full 3, 45 lb plates this time for offseason! woohoo! I love tri's thats why! /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I just got 315 for 12 reps this past Monday on inclines and I got 315 for 10 on over head presses on teh smith machine last night at a body weight of 250. My best ever!!

I got another!!!! 405 for 3 rpes on the incline press last night, free wieght not the smith

Not that this compares to any of y'all, but i hit 365x4 on squats last night, all below parallel, a new pr for me /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
