I currently do 6 days on and 1 day off hitting each body part once a week for an hour. I'm looking to mix it up a little. I'm going to be running Tren and Test this coming week for a 12 week cycle and then probably just cruise on Test and Deca after that. What I'm wondering is what do some of you guys find effective. Do you change your routine each week? Would maybe hitting one body part for the 1st week be effective and then maybe alternate the next week hitting each body part twice a week and then back and forth? I'm mainly concerned that I'm having enough recovery time. The once a week routine I've done has been effective up to a point but I'm stalling out. My stats are about 5'6", 182 lbs and maybe 10-11% body fat. I'm trying to work my way up to 200 eventually but short term I'd like to hit 190 lbs and keep my body fat low. Any suggestions?

Not saying you are, but generally questions like this lead me to believe that the individual is a little tired or bored of what they've been doing. Have you considered trying some thing like Strongman or powerlifting?? Powerlifting can put a lot of mass on ones frame(I went from a sloppy 230 to a tight 285) and give your workouts a direction. Same goes for Strongman. Not saying you have to compete in a meet or anything, just concentrate on working heavier and on the basic lifts(squat, dead, bench). Doesn't even have to be the powerlifts, just try and drop your rep ranges to work on overall strength for a while. Get stronger, then once that starts to peak out a little, take that new found strength and use it to get bigger. Just a thought.
