for the majority, the pursuit of abs is a difficult road. ...
Cardio twice a day, and perfect diet will get ya there though

clean diet. .....whats the weight now compared to when you started this journey
Nice progress bro - you arms and shoulders look great. Congrats on your progress.
I would suggest doing heavier back work. Your traps and back would make you appear leaner if they are a bit more developed. Heavy deads are all that is needed. Growing my back made my waist look small.

Thanks for the encouragement!
My back work looks like this currently. On Leg day I do deads after squats. This week my sets looked like this:
5x385
6x385
5x425
Today I will hit Back, shoulders and bis. The back lifts include:
Pulldowns
240x6 for 3 sets
Bent Rows (reverse grip)
185x10 for 3 sets
BB Shrugs
335x10 for 3 sets
Now that I wrote that, it looks light in volume. Any suggestions?

Here is an update. Been off for a little over a month now. Done with PCT. I have really been slacking on the cardio, but the diet is still super clean. I cut out all cheats completely. The worst thing I eat is some sugar free creamer in my coffee. Im thinking of starting some Prami for the GH effects. Thoughts on that?

any bodyfat estimates? I've been waiting to get into a local university's hydrostatic tank, but seems they have it drained at the moment.

id say at least 15% bf.
You seem to be an endo. If the diet posted in post #16 is still what youre doing and you just wanna get lean as hell, I would cut out the sweet potato and and have some grilled zucchini instead. Also, i would have fish instead of the lean meat. And i would swap out all veggies for veggies that are loaded with water (zucchini, squash, cucumber)....
I would also add in more cardio, maybe some HIIT if you havent already. or AM cardio.
Additionally. I would try some GH/IGF during your "off" peroid and get back on within trhe month :)
Great suggestions Rico. Also I find anpb stalls the shit of bf loss for me... Just one of those things I have found to be true for me.

Diet has changed a bit. Cut out quite a bit. Here is the current diet:
5:15am- 5 eggs whites, 1 yolk
8:30am- Whey shake
11:30am- 6oz chicken breast 1 cup of broccoli and zuccini (steamed)
2:30pm- 6 oz chicken breast or lean meat
5:30pm- 6-8oz lean meat
7:30pm- On weight training days I have a whey shake. No shake on non lifting days.
8:00pm- 1/4 cup raw unsalted cashews, walnuts, or almonds.
9:30pm- Casein Shake.
My cardio was slacking. Hadn't done any since early October. Started up again yesterday with a 2.5 mile run before breakfast. I plan on running 3 miles 4 days a week am empty stomach time. Can't get to the gym to do the cardio during the week because they don't open early enough for me to get it in before work.
Definately an endo. Easy as hell for me to pack on size (especially with fat). Never been lean. I'm thinking of starting Prami for the GH effects really soon. Can't afford to drop $1k on GH right now. Next cycle is planned to start end of Jan. Was thinking of test/Tren/proviron/prami or Test/Eq/Winny. I've been off about 5 weeks now and wife and I are trying for baby 2. Hoping to knock her up asap so I can get on at the end of Jan. If not, cycle will be delayed until that happens.
Any thoughts on the Prami being thrown in?

Dunno about the prami or what dose you need to see the GH benefits. Personally, ive never noticed any GH benefits from prami. Maybe i just need to take more of it or take it longer

IM glad im not an endo. On your diet, I would be sub 6% within a month or two lol. But damnit I dont gain very fast

Im using ECA now. 24mg E and 200mg caffiene twice per day. I cannot train on it though. Makes me feel shitty when i train. So i make sure my doses are earlier in the day. Also using YES. Dont know that I really have noticed anything on the YES, but probably cuz im still a fatass piece of shit. I bet it works better if you are lean.

YES is only good once your like sub 10% IMO....if you are sub 8% its great....leaner you are, the more pronounced the results

YES is good any time. It works the same no matter % BF you are. I actually feel like I have more energy for workouts using it so even just that alone justifies using it. You may "see results" as in skimming remaining ab fat more at sub 10% but then again almost all results are more visible at that BF.

Diet bro, and it looks like you have yours dialed in. You'll get there. I thought the same thing. I haven't been around 10% since high school. Not that I ever went over 15% but I am finally getting back down to 10% after all these years. And now I actually feel too skinny. I feel like I need to bulk. Strange how that works.
