So the other day, on the hamersmith less press (rage if you want), I had my left footing about an inch off(I was really pumped and got a little sloppy), my knee caved in a few inches and I crushed my left rib cage coming down, I heard a pop but no pain until the next day, it was pretty mild, not constant, only hurt if I flexed my upper abdominals or pressed my ribs, I took a couple days off to let it heal, but after hitting legs and core today, I'm completely fucked, I deloaded on pretty much everything to take it easy, but it hurts to do pretty much anything now, taking some turns on the road even cause it to hurt.
how screwed am I, and what can I do to heal faster from this. I'm currently not "on" anything and won't be for awhile longer.
