I've noticed while using No-Explode(which was useless to me) at around 5:00 in the afternoon I had a lot of trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep at night. I noticed the same thing with jacked3d. Has anyone else noticed this or maybe it's something else giving me sleeping problems.

It's only an issue if I take them after 2 PM. I use j3cked and I take 3 servings pre-workout. From what I've read those 3 servings have about 200mg of caffeine. Which is enough caffeine to cause me insomnia if I take it too late.

That's what is strange. I can use caffeine all day long and never have sleeping issues. I've been using an ephedrine/caffeine stack for over a year now on and off and felt I had built up a tolerance to it. That's why I went to the jacked3d but it looks like that's not the greatest move seeing how it has caffeine as well.

funny u say that about n.o. xplode. when i used it back when it first came out i trained around 6pm. i would purposely take it at 4pm and still had to use sleeping pills to get my ass down from that strange "high." although it says its only moderatly caffienated, i still feel there was something more in it that kept u rolling. i ended up getting a free box of their newer n.t. technology xplode and i noticed it was significantly better. if it wasnt so freaking pricey i would continue to use it. i would use up to 2 sticks around 5pm and never have an issue going to sleep by 10pm. now ive found that the no products that are not caffienated from True PRo work better for pumps since caffiene is a vaso constrictor anyway. i prefer this now.

There are at least a half dozen ingredients in NO Explode that will keep you up. Including Tyrosine, the ingredient that made Red Bull famous.
