Been almost two years since i quit smoking and 60lbs heavier:wallbash: its all good cause it changes from here on in.
Current stats
5'5, 35 years old, 188lbs. BF needs to done, i will post pics, as much as it will be embarrasing, I know the value
My Goals:
- To complete a figure competition in 2011
- To be at least 12% BF by January as a bday gift to me, and to keep it there!
- I already eat healthy, I just dont eat smart, so to eat smarter
- To run a half marathon
- exercise at least an hour a day!
I am going to start logging daily as I find if I dont, I wont committ to my goal. AF has always been a good thing and the people here Rock! I will be getting my program and diet soon.

I sort of have a coach but the more the merry! I cant remember her screen name so I can't say who it is lmao.
I swam and fished today with the kidlets! I bought my 6 yr old her first big girl rod today and she needs no help fishing anymore. Love it

Just a comment about yesterday and then i move on. My friend did not think I could do the hike because of my weight. Not only did I run most of it, I did it with a 10lb backpack on. She tried to keep up and could not do it. People really should not judge larger people, you never know.

Yesterday was a planned cheat meal but i had one glass of red, one glass of white, veal, risotto and a desert. I still only ate 1700 cals yesterday!
Today is a cardio day, I would like to go for a hike but most likely will turn into a jog down by the beach.

It's good to hear from you again, how have things been? Glad to hear you beat the cigs, next month I'll be smoke free for one year and I can relate to the weight gain. You have set excellent goals and I'm excited to follow your progress. I'm sure Trivial will be a wonderful coach! :rose:

AFboard is a good motivator. It helps me to log what i do each day because then i can see my own effort and it keeps me going. I actually stopped logging for a bit and my motivation dropped and diet fell off. Now I'm back and going to make sure i hit my goals. I love your motivation! keep it up!

Yesterday was day off, i had cheat meal and got really sick, boxed food sucks, had spring rolls and chicken wings and i paid for it dearly.

I am going to run walk knox mountain (we always go a quarter way up) and detour, pauls tomb again. it is 5k total with a beach inbetween so we always swim it too

I've looked at that Knox Mountain on Google Earth, and their own website. Looks like a good hike.
hiking and walking lots... not running though, unfortunately I need to loose some weight for my joints to be ok. but Fortunatly, still loosing inches and weight. Knox mountain was closed down due to a fire but should reopen by the end of the week. Going to be doing the rutland 100 stairs, i will take a pic of that and bears creek hike. Also been helping boys with paper route, here is all hills. Getting er done. Had a lot of referrals this week buyers and sellers so oooo yAHOOOOOOO

Oh my, .....update and then I close this log to start a new one. September/october/november not good months, my boy was in the hospital for a month and is continuing treatments at home for now while going to school part time, and my dog died. Things have finally settled down and i have topped the scale at 205lbs. However, Dec 12 two years ago i quit smoking, this weekend, sunday I get my new treadmill. I will not give up and just begin new.
