Please give me honest feedback on any improvements you think... My main concern is still just glutes/hams/quads which are really coming along now. I just needed a little bit more time I think. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I am a contest vet of 12 years..seen alot of competitors and must say you did a really good job with your condition. Very impressive and looks like you got a great package with symetry and hardness, even in the booty where most women competitors really have a hard time. Keep up the good work and you shouldnt be nervous to post them pics, DAMN GOOD WORK !! ( i'll post mine in Nov after my two shows)
