Your doing the 5-3-1 and you want an exercise that will give you shape on your shoulders, sorry I dont want to offend but thats funny :D

Normally I think the front part gets over trained with all the pressing, for me it does anyway, and I tend to get growth there when I give it rest.

Shoulders are easy to over train.

But side and especially front deltoids raises work great, and with standing up right rows

Why is that funny?

between the various presses and dips you're doing the delts are getting stimulated plenty

I would ditch the shrugs and replace them with wide grip upright rows or high pulls.

If you wanted to add another shoulder exercise then I would probably go with Side Raises.

You are doing a lot of exercises that are also using a ton of other muscles. Try to focus on exercises that isolate each part of the delts.

What's worked best for me is doing front and lateral raises with my arms completely straight. Technique is also extremely important during these. If you notice you are swaying back to get the reps in, lower the poundage. These techniques make you check your ego at the door as you won't be doing much weight at all if your technique is sound.

Also for rear delts, I lay chest down on an incline press. Again, try not to arch your back too much. This is also a place where heavy isn't necessarily as good as technique and proper isolation of the muscle
