What is your best, fondest, most memorable,or funniest moment you have ever had while training in the gym?
I think my favorite moment was when I benched 405 for the first time in my life. That was fun!!!! /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

My fondest or most special memory is when I first started working out and my then trainer had me do basic curls....I got a rush from it, the whole workout and I thought my gosh why have I not discovered this before.... it was love at first lift. Bravo (my trainer) has since become one of my closest friends and mentors. That has been special too.

Either the first time I squatted 225lbs of 20 ass to the floor reps or the first time I deadlifted 405lbs.
Benching 405lbs is only possible for me in the very far future /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

If it's not hard it's not worth doing...
was when I squated 500lbs ass to the floor with no juice for a couple reps, I was really amazed. Leggs and ass are such big muscles that if they are trained hard they gain strength and size at an alarming rate. Funny though I think it is the hardest work out and it is also the one that gets my whole entire body exhausted.

True Iron God...there is something special about the 3 "wheel" barrier.
Actually I just remembered another great moment in my iron "career."In the gym i always train in,the heaviest dumbells are 150's.The day that I finally took those badboys and bench pressed them for 4 clean reps was awesome. The whole gym was watching!Fun stuff.
Another cool moment...I lived in San Diego a few years ago and got the chance to train back with Nasser El Sonbaty. He weighed about 320 at the time.Needless to say,I felt like a twig....but he kept telling me how awesome i could be one day.You couldn't get the smile off my face for a week!
