In the doulble bi pose pic,I was 176, 5'7", but Im in the process of packing in the calories, will start mass cycle in october, and look the compete light heavyweight next year. I need to thicken up upstairs. Plan on doing lots of site injections hoping for some peaks on my bis, lol
