Came from 225-230, started a sloooooooow diet since early Dec. I've gotten down to 195 and trying to keep what I can. Abs are back, all 6! I'm not sure what my BF is...
my complaint, still have about 10lbs to go and its harder than shit to get there! I never had this tough of a time 10 years ago.
Anyways, sorry for this shitty pic, but if anyone knows me ...this is actually pretty good

Lookin good bud. How do you feel at that weight? Do you feel more tight or light in the ass? How is your strength?
As far as your traps.... In the pic it looks like your shoulders are kinda rolled back.
You look solid bro. :)

Thanks, I was standing as relaxed as I could be, aside from the abs of course :) hand on hip, kind how you are in your av. I wasn't in full flex either I found I couldn't get a clear pic if I was lol.
How I feel, I feel great to be honest. I feel tighter, still good strength and have a ton more energy. People say I've gotten bigger  I'm not "strong" like I was when training for SM/PL, I'm about 80% to that. I'd like to see how I feel at 185-190.

That's all that counts bro. A lot of times when I drop a significant amount of weight I feel light in the ass. I love it when people say I look bigger when I just dropped 30lbs.
What ever you are doing just keep at it cause it's workin.

I agree with that now. I was training for a SM a good part of last year, it was during my farmers walk that I cracked my clavicle. I immediately dropped to the floor and the pain was so intense I couldn't breath without VERY bad pain. It's still broke and I can't wake up with out it hurting, I have to do stretches and some movement before it goes away. I also hurt both wrists, my lower back, right hip and gave my right knee some trouble. Since the injuries and dieting down I've been glad I did because not only do I feel 100x's better but I also look 100x's better, look "stronger" and according to some "bigger". its funny.

My good friend (also training partner) is a firm believer in "looking like you lift it, not actually lifting it". I for some reason have trouble with that. My injuries speak for itself. :ugotmail:
I have tried his methods of training countless times and I always walk out of the gym and feel like I got nothing accomplished. I just respond well to heavy lifting. I think for him he just has great genetics. He's 5ft 6 and weighs 165lbs. He's a little shorty but he literally has that greek God look we all stride for. Lucky bastard. :bash:

I'm the same as you, I can only respond well to heavy weights, and as much as I'd like to "LOOK" strong, I'd like to be strong. I also don't want to be a rack of broken bones when I'm 50 either.
