Like to hear opinions on differnt approarches to what you eat upon waking, between check-in and actual being on stage, and between pre-judging and finals.
In my two shows I had a large serving of simple and complex carbsfor breakfast around 7am, and after I check in I snack on PB, and simple carbs until going on stage.
First show, pigged out after prejudge and was bloated so bad at p.m. show. Good learning experience and corrected this at second show(I looked better at FInals).
