I am interested in TRT since I do not want to go through a long painful tiresome recovery of cycling heavy AAS doses, how much and how often is Test administered to patients generally?

and has there been any reports of TRT causing prostate cancer also if on TRT are other drugs needed to keep estradiol in check?

You can expect a Dr. to administer from once a week to once every 3 weeks. Once a week is better to keep your levels stable. Some guys say you don't need anything for estradiol, but I'm on arimadex 3x week. It's been working for me so I'm sticking with it.
As for the prostate cancer, if it runs in your family, I'd stay far away from TRT. Not worth the risk in my book. If not, get your PSA levels checked before you start TRT.

If you're looking for a Dr., let me know. This guy is great and never had any problems at all.

I suppose dose is variable amongst patients, I have a endocrinologist I have been seeing are they the docs who would put a male on TRT or is it a different doc?
I dont have prostate issues in my family so thats a nice thing, I was more or less thinking that any exogenous administered test could increase the risk?

It could be an endocrinologist or could be a urologist. They will try to get you to use the androgel first, then may say a shot every 3 weeks. To be honest with you, I'm not sure which one is worse. I'm doing
2 shots a week and angrogel. I'm paying out of pocket for the cyp and the gel is covered by insurance ($25 co-pay).
I'm not an expert on test and prostate cancer. If you post it in the anabolic section, I'm sure you'll get a better answer.

What are the out of pocket costs for cyp?

I'm paying $88 for 10ml bottles of Cyp. I have no idea what UG cost would be and I'm not interested. I'd rather pay the little extra to get it from a pharmacy and be legal. Pins are cheap too...around $.30 each. HCG is about the same as the Cyp.
