For those of you that do photo shoots, you can understand the need to be able to 'dry out and rip up' within 24-48 hours. I don't always have the weeks to prepare the way a bodybuilder would for a show, so I have experimented with ways to make the skin drum tight without sacrificing too much muscle volume (I barely have any as it is!)...
Assuming you are already lean, say 5-6% bodyfat, this approach might help out if you need a quick cosmetic adjustment.
I start with a base of Knudsen's Cider and Spice. To this I add narangin powder, more cinnamon, uva ursi, dandelion, and spirulina.
Starting with an 8 ounce carrot juice, I then restrict my intake to a full glass of the concoction every hour for the day. I spend the evening in the sauna, where I drink cold coffee, black. Upon exiting the sauna I will drink a 4 oz. serving of wheatgrass.
Two days of this and I look like I am carved from stained oak.
If I go any longer than two days, bad shit happens to me, both cosmetically and nutritionally. But if you have to rip out in short order, this works.
