Hello fellow Iron Addicts.This week I'd like to find out how everyone groups/schedules their bodyparts each week.How often do you change it up?Do you do it differently before a show?

Ok,I will answer this one myself....monday:lats,traps,lower back,calves...tuesday:chest,biceps,forearms,abs... wed:off....thursday:quads,hams,add/abductors,calves...friday:delts,triceps,abs...week ends:off.

Cardio on each training day.

I change this routine when I get mentally stale.

I don't necessarily change before a show except that I do cardio every day.

i do currently

Back
Chest
Legs
day off
shoulders\traps
bi's\tri's
day off
repeat.

when i was dieting.
i did not change days of parts just exercises and reps

In the offseason I do cardio for 20 intense minutes at a clip.I believe in higher intensity,lower duration cardio as opposed to the looooong,sloooooow 45 min to one hour sessions many people do. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

thank you. i am trying to get together an offseason diet\training program to keep myself lean. i dont' do well in the winter. Ever.
