I am competing in Nationals in Nov. and i need to drop a weight class. i am currently competing in 2 weeks 175lbs. 5% BF and I need to drop to 154 1/4 for Nationals Nov. 15. I have saturated to Clen and T3. Will DNP get me down a weight class while preserving my muscle and reducing BF to shredded levels. I appreciate any help. If it will work, at what dosage and duration. I plan on doing 500mg sus and 400mg primobolan for 4 weeks after my show in 2 weeks and then 4 weeks out from Nationals going back on 75mg Fina ED, 50mg. Winny ED, 30mg Halo ED, 25mg. Anavar and 9 IU GH ED.

wow, that's a tall order!
i would definately suggest DNP....but go light on the T3, as it will cause unnecessary muscle loss. another best bet would be to dehydrate like a mother f'er, probably try to get to 168 by 1 week out and then the water loss should get you down to 154. i suggest extreme electrolyte depletion followed by severe water restriction (in conjunction with a mild prescription diuretic, only if absolutely needed, not lasix), shown below. i didn't include carb deplete and load in here, you are a national competitor and should be able to figure that factor in for yourself. be prepared to look small and flat though, cause that is gonna be hell on your system these next 2 weeks!
PA's severe electrolyte
and water restriction strategy:
sunday: as much water as you can stand (3 gallons minimum, more is better!), regular sodium intake
monday: same as sunday
tuesday: same as sunday
wednesday: ZERO sodium, 1 gallon more than you can stand (all distilled, 4 gal min), and sit in the sauna for as many sessions as you can stand (make it an all day affair, nothing but sauna, drinking distilled H2O, and eating zero sodium foods)
thursday: same as wednesday!
friday: sweat the rest of the sodium and water out of your body in the sauna and limit water intake to 1/4 gallon distilled. you should look ready to die now /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
saturday: weigh in at 154 1/4 lbs, and take home the title
good luck brother!

i take it back....don't use DNP this close to the contest...it will cause you to retain water, and will ruin your weight loss goal

Bob42 suggested I stop the DNP 8 days out and then increase the carbs to get rid of the water rention and harden up and fill up the muscles

okay, but if you haven't tried it yourself, you're taking a risk. be forewarned

Can I ask why you need to drop a weight class?Wouldn't you rather get on stage looking the best YOU possibly can.No matter what you do there is no way you are going to look your best in such a depleted state.Well,I wish you the best of luck. Please just be careful...this process is going to be hell on your body!

Hey Bros-
I am 5'4 and I am not carrying enough musclemass to win my Middleweight at the national level. At lightweight I will be cut to ribbons and I will do an early weigh in a day before so i will have over a day to eat and fill out and get on stage about 162 or so and i know I can win that weight class.
