I started dieting 10 weeks ago. The first three weeks I was trying to figure out how best to go about it, tried low carbs, moderate carbs but not much success, although I probably didn't give it long enough. For the next 7 weeks, I started a keto style diet although I'm now increasing my fat intake as it was probably a bit on the low side.

In these pics I weighed 290lbs and in the next set I weigh 266lbs.

The pics and change doesn't look spectacular but I'm starting to notice my clothes fitting a bit better and the waist size seems to have come down a little.

Thanks! At the moment, I'm trying to lose as much bodyfat as possible while maintaining as much muscle as I can. Everything seems to be working pretty good. I started eating meat a few weeks back which is really helping with the diet.

I originally gave myself 20 weeks to get into shape, 10 weeks in and I know I need to give myself longer.

Great work man! I would empty stomach cardio every morning, first thing. Hard.

When you start getting the stretch marks there are products to help with that too.

Cheers. The only reason i haven't started empty stomach cardio at the mo is because most weeks I still drop 2lb maybe a touch more. I was thinking that when things really start to slow down then I will switch to a.m first thing cardio. What do you think?

Well bro.... that's sound thinking actually. I cannot dispute your line of thinking. I ALWAYS do it in the mornings when I cut, I learned IT ACTUALLY WORKED from one of Tweak's girlfriends that doesn't post here anymore... I watched her shred pounds in 1 week so so easy. Cant remember her name.
