Doing a 4 day split here and Im wondering which layout is better?

Push/Pull (bis/tris)
Pull/Pull (bis/back)

push pull - take advantage of reciprocal inhibition enhancing recovery between sets and increasing training density.

Thanks brothers.... Thats what I used to do and I tried the other way for a while... dont really like it and will be switching back to push/pull
