HERE IS MY DIET FOR THE NEXT 14 WEEKS....
MEAL1- 4 EGGS, 2 SLICES BACON
MEAL2- 2 CUPS LETTUCE, 1 CAN TUNA, 1TBS OLIVE OIL, FLAX SEED OIL.
MEAL3- CHICKEN BREAST, BROCCOLI, 1TBS BUTTER
MEAL4- STEAK, 1TBS A1, 2TBS MCT OIL
MEAL5- CHICKEN BREAST, 1 1/2OZ CHEDDAR CHEESE
MEAL6- 30G PROTIEN POWDER W/WATER, FLAX SEED OIL, MCT OIL

FAT= 140G. PROTIEN= 213G. CARB.= 24G
CALORIES=2210

OF COURSE IM GOING TO HAVE TO MAKE SOME MINOR ADJUSTMENTS HERE AND THERE AS TIME GOES ON. AND ILL ALSO GET A TAD CLEANER AS TIME GOES ON. WELL TIME FOR YOU DUDES AND MONSTER TO RIP IT APART....
ALSO ON SUNDAYS WILL BE MY CARB UP DAY. IT WILL START WITH MY LAST MEAL ON SAT. THEN MY LAST MEAL ON SUN. WILL BE NO CARBS....

RIGHT NOW IM ALSO USING XENADRINE, L-CARNATINE, CHROMIUM, VANADYL SULFATE.

I WANT TO COMPETE A YEAR FROM NOW. MY CYCLE PLAN IS ON THE ANABOLIC PAGE. IM GOING TO NEED LOTS OF HELP. IN THIS FIRST 14 WEEKS I WANT TO GET TO 11% BODYFAT. THEN ILL DO A QUICK BULK PHASE FOR 6-8 WEEKS AND THEN DIET TILL APRIL 1ST. ON APRIL FIRST I WANT TO BE BELOW 5%B.F. THAT WILL BE MY TEST PHASE TO SEE HOW MY BODY WORKS WITH DIFFERENT SUPPLIMENTS AND FOOD STRATEGIES.

ADDED CARDIO TODAY 30 MIN * 3 TIMES A WEEK. I WILL BE ADDING TO THIS EVERY WEEK.

MY CARB UP CONSISTED OF 24HOURS, EATING EVERY 2 HOURS. AND I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD GET SO SICK OF FOOD. I WAS ACTUALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO NO CARBS AGAIN.
