I recently competed in one of the hardest non-tested shows on the East Coast. In fact I was the only guy out of 15 competitors who made the TOP 5 who was not an NGA or NABBA pro. I'm proud of that.
I placed 4th, but what gets me is the Judges placing!
3 male Judges and 2 female judges.......
The 3 male judges, who have watched me go from a bantam weight to a middle weight placed me....
two 4th, one 5th place.....than the two women judges both have me as 2nd....
My realization....
HOW CAN 2 JUDGES HAVE YOU AS 2nd and the others have you as 4th and 5th??? I placed 4th.
God, I love bodybuilding, but I wish they would stop doing that shit, because everyone I know and did'nt know kept insisting that I was dogged. I was very happy, dont get me wrong. I placed well, I just have a problem with one judge having me as 5th and another as 2nd?? Thats too much of a difference of opinion to me, and the boos from the audience were quite evident to that.
Bodybuilding is tough. You have to lose to win once you reach that national level. So opinionated......I just hope I can continue to grow and do well.....I will be an IFBB pro.
